You may have the product replaced within 30 days of receipt by emailing or by contacting us at the number listed on the website. CellNovis will NOT cover the cost to ship the damaged or defective product back to us. 

My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

CellNovis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping. Please contact us at to help you to sort out the problem. 

How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or refunds?

Most returns and exchanges are processed within seven to 10 days from the time CellNovis receives the item being returned.


Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, and refunds will be issued only for unused/unopened products being returned.

We are able to honor requests for product exchanges.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

We do not accept returns of opened products. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a refund.

CellNovis will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
